Harriet (Ria), Houdini (Houdi), Dotty and Flea are the focal point of Escape Divers, the true bosses. They were rescued after being found in a rubbish bag dumped in Koh Tao and then adopted by Escape Divers. It wasn't long before they had everyone under their spell!

He most recently ran a hugely successful Audio Visual and events company in the South East of England before the pandemic destroyed the industry. He certainly has the pedigree and experience to ensure Escape Divers becomes one of the top dive schools in Thailand.

Josh is Jon's right hand man and co-owner of the Jungle Hostel. After serving in the British Army with distinction, Josh used his resettlement to train in the UK to become a diving instructor. He had been on Koh Tao working as a PADI OWSI when he was introduced to Jon. It was quickly established that the pair had very similar beliefs on h
Josh is Jon's right hand man and co-owner of the Jungle Hostel. After serving in the British Army with distinction, Josh used his resettlement to train in the UK to become a diving instructor. He had been on Koh Tao working as a PADI OWSI when he was introduced to Jon. It was quickly established that the pair had very similar beliefs on how SCUBA should be taught and how businesses should be run, so when he was offered the opportunity to become Escape Divers' lead instructor, he jumped at the chance! Josh spends most of his time now running the Jungle Hostel and following his dream of becoming a tech diving instructor.

Tak might be the baby of the team, but her importance to the efficient operation of Escape cannot be overstated. Tak joined in early 2024 after working elsewhere on Koh Tao but very quickly established herself as a vital asset to Escape Divers and we’re looking forward to her helping us to grow in

Tak might be the baby of the team, but her importance to the efficient operation of Escape cannot be overstated. Tak joined in early 2024 after working elsewhere on Koh Tao but very quickly established herself as a vital asset to Escape Divers and we’re looking forward to her helping us to grow in the coming years. Tak recently started her diving life, being taught by Care up to Deep 40 level. She intends to continue up to Divemaster and maybe beyond!
