Jenny started diving in 2018 and after racking up a tonne of dives in exotic locations like The Maldives, The Philippines and Indonesia she found her way back to Koh Tao during the pandemic where she completed her divemaster and subsequently her RAID instructor program. She was recently promoted to lead our Divemaster program.

Jenny previously worked as a teacher in China for five years and speaks some conversational Mandarin. Underwater you are likely to find Jenny searching for her favourite yellow spotted box fish, hunting for macro life & dancing every time she sees something cool! You will never lose Jenny underwater if you are part of “team pink fins!”

Care had been on koh Tao scuba diving for several years before joining the Escape Team. She originally came to Escape as the manager of our Jungle Hostel before completing her divemaster program with us.

Care smashed her instructor course in January and is now leading our Thai diving team.

Matt has been living in Thailand and working as a dive instructor for over 6 years. Originally based in Koh Phangan, he came to Koh Tao scuba diving at the start of 2023 before starting with Escape Divers in October. Matt's wealth of experience has been instrumental in helping Escape to reach the next level, culminating in him helping to set up Escape Tech and being a part of the team running our divemaster program.

Nicole had been diving for many years before recently excelling on her DM program alongside Ethan and Lee and also deciding to continue her diving career with Escape Divers.

As a medical student in Latvia, Nicole is unable to commit all of her time to Escape throughout the year, so instead is joining us seasonally. She completed her instructor course with Ethan and Care in January so will continue to instruct for Escape whenever she is not studying in Latvia.

Ethan was born and raised in central Scotland. After a successful period as an amateur musician, Ethan decided to spend some time traveling the world, ending up in Asia. It was here that Ethan discovered a love for koh Tao scuba diving. He came to Escape as an Explorer 30 diver and then completed his divemaster program and finished his training with us up to instructor level.
